Given a sequence, NAmech generates various .csv files describing its structural and mechanical properties. These include intra, inter, and helical coordinates with their respective stiffnesses, as well as the widths and stiffnesses of both minor and major grooves. Besides, NAmech provides dynamic charts designed to inspect all these properties (Single Sequence Mode). Optionally, stiffness matrix can also be computed.
